KSD in St Louis had a BTA-5U and I believe it went to KCMO in Kansas City to be used as a Backup. I saw a classified ad on the internet offering it for sale, the ad mentioned that it came from KSD and was currently at KCMO

I repaired a BTA-5U at WMIX in Mt Vernon, Ill at their daytime site in 1996 and it was still there in 2002 when I revisited the site. It was replaced by a HARRIS GATES FIVE but the BTA-5U was still in the building and in beautiful condition.
